When sending a unit back to us for maintenance reasons, please be sure to use the following address:

Please return the unit accompanied by your Repair Order (RO). The Repair Order should contain at least the following information:

  • Contact information
  • Invoice address
  • Return address
  • P/N and S/N of the unit accompanied
  • Brief description of the error, if available
  • Maintenance level requested: Inspection, repair, recertification, SB incorporation, upgrade, or reconfiguration

 

Note that for all maintenance, our General Terms and Conditions apply, unless a contractual agreement between your company and THOMMEN imposes a different set of terms and conditions.
