THOMMEN informs loyal AD21, SD21, SD31, AD42 customers, that production of these instruments will be discontinued by end of this year 2022:

• – Airspeed Indicator, Repeater -> 2ATI SD21 :  

The airspeed data parameters are received via the configurable ARINC 429 interface data bus with two ARINC 429 receive channels. 

The SD21 can be configured for different applications and airspeed ranges.

• – Airspeed Indicator, Repeater -> 3ATI SD31: 

The airspeed data parameters are received via the configurable ARINC 429 interface data bus with two ARINC 429 receive channels. 

The SD31 can be configured for different applications and airspeed ranges.

• – Altimeter Repeater -> AD21 
•  

• – Digital Air Data Display with integrated Air Data Computer -> AD42 
• Installed on the following platform only: A109N.

Please be aware that starting January 1, 2023 we will offer Part 145 capabilities for these products only. This means, we will continue to offer maintenance service and technical support from 2023 on of the AD21, SD21, SD31 and AD42, to keep you flying, while ceasing manufacturing.
