Please return the unit accompanied by your Repair Order (RO). The Repair Order should contain at least the following information:
- Contact information
- Invoice address
- Return address
- P/N and S/N of the unit accompanied
- Brief description of the error, if available
- Maintenance level requested: Inspection, repair, recertification, SB incorporation, upgrade, or reconfiguration
