MECHANICAL INSTRUMENTS TRANSFER TO SATHOM GmbH

Following our communication dated of November 5th 2015 with subject to a reorganisation of the products at THOMMEN AIRCRAFT EQUIPMENT, we hereby would like to confirm the transfer of the mechanical instrument activities to Sathom GmbH with effect as per June 1st 2016.
The transfer to Sathom GmbH includes the inventory, machinery & equipment as well as the employee contracts.
Sathom is temporarily located at the same address at the Hauptstrasse 85 in Waldenburg. All necessary measures have been taken to assure a continuous availability of the mechanical instruments product family.
The P/N’s, product labelling and quality documentation shall remain unchanged for any further deliveries.
THOMMEN AIRCRAFT EQUIPMENT LTD product offering shall continue with our Air Data product family, Digital clocks, Search Lights & Cabin Emergency Flashlights.
